  • Can I exchange my wig after purchase?
    No exchanges nor refunds. Our wigs are custom built, once the order has been finalized there will be no additional changes made beyond 24 hours of purchase.
  • What if I don’t like my wig?
    At HerFactory we want to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability so we will do all we can to rectify the problem in a timely manner. Modifications can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Will my wig hair shed?
    If taken care of properly, there will be minimum to no shedding. (See Do's and Don'ts Wig Maintenance Guide)
  • Can I lose my deposit?
    Yes, you can forfeit your deposit if you do not pick up your wig in a timely manner after being notified that it is ready. You will receive an email and text stating your wig is available for pickup as well as 7 days to retrieve your order.
  • Can I cancel a custom order?
    Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. There will be a cancellation fee of $50, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Custom-made wigs are started as soon as the order is finalized, so this fee will cover production that has begun.
  • Can I use my own bundles/hair?
    Yes, providing your own hair is fine. We do not accept cut nor distressed tracks for production. Hair must be clean and intact. No exceptions.
  • Can I have my wig shipped the next day?
    Yes, there are options for rush delivery for an additional fee. (See Store Policy for shipping details)
  • How do I know what size wig I wear?
    There is a size chart available. After following the measuring instructions, you will select your wig size on the chart, which will be labeled by measurement. (See size chart)
  • What if I measured my head wrong and my wig is built too big or too small?
    What if I measured my head wrong and my wig is built too big or too small? All clients will have 24 hours to notify HerFactory about their concerns. We then do all we can to rectify the situation.
  • Can my wig be dropped off or mailed in for repairs?
    Yes, all wigs can be dropped off or mailed in for repairs. Drop-off turnaround time is 48 hours. Mail-in turnaround time is 7 days.
