HerFactory Wigs wants clients to be satisfied, as well as informed. Please NOTE: there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for CUSTOM-MADE (CREATE HER) WIGS. It is imperative that you read our policy thoroughly before placing your order. If you so happen to disfavor your wig once received. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

*SHIPPING* Please allow 2 to 3 business days for online priority orders. Free shipping on ALL wig orders, which includes tracking and insurance.

CUSTOM-MADE (CREATE HER) WIG orders cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to be deducted from the total refund amount.

Client has a 7-day grace period to pay final payment and pick up their wig once client has been notified that their wig is ready for pickup/shipment. Client will lose the deposit and will have to pay full price for the custom-made wig once the grace period has ended.
